Although the visitors of this blog may take stances on individual issues the blog itself remains non-partisan (do they even know what this word means????). The purpose of this blog is to stimulate discussion (then why are Comments turned off?). This blog gives its visitors a chance to discuss digital scrapbooking issues that may not be known to the digital scrapbooking community as a whole (again, Comments are turned off - are they expecting this discussion to be done telepathically?). Many of the topics discussed are on very personal issues and some people may find opinions expressed on this blog offensive. This is a reminder (legal terminology doesn't contain "reminders." This really gave me a giggle. Looks like they did some Googling and they tried to put on the lawyer "hat." When in actuality it looks like all they did was steal this wording from some commercial site that deals in re-sale and they completely missed the lawyer "hat" altogether and fit perfectly into the pirate "hat." Fits just right, doesn't it Farty Pants?

You gotta love these arm-chair lawyers who believe because they find something that suits their purposes than it must be. All the lawyers who actually went to school and learned the law - pfffft, they just wasted their time and effort - shit, all you have to do now-a-days is be able to Google and you're all set to go! What a joke!

To address Sad Shit Farty Pants, I have not put screenshots up of email proof that I've been forwarded because I don't feel that emails intended for one person in private have a place in a public forum for all to see. It only serves to humiliate and embarrass the author. However, this email was passed around Groups for all to see and will be nothing new - but Sad Shit Farty Pants seems intent on seeing the proof. The screenshot of the email is as I received it. I did not add the asterisks, they were already there. Anyway, here it is:



Were you amazed? Did it excite you or do you just want your money back? Ok, so I've posted the email, what has been accomplished? Nothing. So in consideration of nothing having been accomplished, this screenshot will remain on this blog for 24 hours and then it will be taken down - more than enough time for Farty Pants to have her eyeball full and satisfy whatever delusion it is she needs to satisfy.

I haven't had the pleasure of reading any posts that Patricia has posted, nor have I received any emails from her, so I really can't state my opinion on her personality one way or the other - but Sasha, you are one very angry person. Why are you so angry? I don't even want to guess as to what the reason is as it's very difficult to delve into the demented mind.

To address the even more demented anonymous poster in my comments: Does my being associated with someone who YOU claim has stolen a $4 scrapkit really make you want to murder me? Are you so psychotic that your first instinct, when YOU perceive you've had a $4 item stolen from you, is to threaten harm against my person? I'm positive that I'm not the only focus of your anger - you're angry in general. So seriously, get some help before you follow through on your threats or lose control in another situation and you find yourself throwing your life away to spend it in the pen over something stupid (ie a $4 scrapkit). There is help available out there, I'm positive of it - all you have to do is pick up the phone (you too, Farty Pants, just pick up the phone)

Or are times so hard for you that you've got to threaten my life for $4? If so, give me a Paypal address and I'll send you $4 - no receipt or scrapkit in return needed. From my understanding, you represent all the second rate designers in any event and your scrap isn't all that much to write home about.

Besides that, I don't have the time to continue on in this stupid little cat fight that is so easy to be drawn into. As I stated in your comments, say whatever it is you want to say about me. I could care less. Assume that I'm every single anonymous post - there's nothing I can do to stop you from this assumption, so have fun with it. Assume that I'm associated with Lynne, Buffy or Pimptress - again, nothing I say will have any effect on what you think.

I'm not looking for or craving attention - if you'd stop referencing my name on your blog, people wouldn't even know about me and I'd stop getting tons of email "updating" me on your blog. STARTING FROM SCRATCH........

I think I need to start this blog over as this blog's position has evolved over the last few days and has become confusing.

The purpose of this blog (and only purpose) is to list names of people who are troublemakers in Yahoo and Google groups so that group owners have a central list they can refer to, to keep the undesirables out of their groups.

This blog was created in an effort to clean up the PSP community as a whole by removing those that take the fun out of a hobby.

Is this a place to report pirates? No, it's not. I will NOT list any names reported to me as pirates.

Is this a place to report an out of control designer or supporter? Yes, it is.

Why will copyrats be reported here and not pirates? Pirates are not disruptive in groups, copyrats are. Pirates do not spout off or cause drama in groups about how it's their legal right to share and snag whatever they chose to and they do not email people in private and harass, intimidate or threaten them. Copyrats do all of these things. Groups are not the proper forum for the copyright war.

This blog DOES NOT take a position on the copyright war one way or the other.

This is not a place to argue copyright law. Buffy has a really nice blog for anyone that wants to voice their opinion about copyrats or copyright law and you can find her HERE.

This blog is not restricted to listing names of copyrats. It will list the name of any person who causes trouble in Groups for whatever reason.

Email sent to me reporting a undesirable will need some sort of supporting proof. All emails sent to me will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be deleted after reading them. However, if I am to list someone's name on this blog, I need to keep a record of what prompted me to add their name and it would be helpful if any emails you forward me as proof, you forward as attachments so I can save the attachments and delete your email.
