Although the visitors of this blog may take stances on individual issues the blog itself remains non-partisan (do they even know what this word means????). The purpose of this blog is to stimulate discussion (then why are Comments turned off?). This blog gives its visitors a chance to discuss digital scrapbooking issues that may not be known to the digital scrapbooking community as a whole (again, Comments are turned off - are they expecting this discussion to be done telepathically?). Many of the topics discussed are on very personal issues and some people may find opinions expressed on this blog offensive. This is a reminder (legal terminology doesn't contain "reminders." Nice try if you're trying to pass this off as being composed by someone with a legal background) that the opinions held are those of the individual and are not necessarily shared by the owners of this blog (huh? aren't the individuals making the blog entries and/or comments the same people as the owners of the blog?)."

This really gave me a giggle. Looks like they did some Googling and they tried to put on the lawyer "hat." When in actuality it looks like all they did was steal this wording from some commercial site that deals in re-sale and they completely missed the lawyer "hat" altogether and fit perfectly into the pirate "hat." Fits just right, doesn't it Farty Pants?

You gotta love these arm-chair lawyers who believe because they find something that suits their purposes than it must be. All the lawyers who actually went to school and learned the law - pfffft, they just wasted their time and effort - shit, all you have to do now-a-days is be able to Google and you're all set to go! What a joke!
